The concept is simple yet impactful: dedicate just 30 minutes of your day to any form of exercise, for 29 consecutive days. Whether it's running, walking, cycling, yoga, or any other physical activity, your commitment to staying active is what counts.

Participation Details

Dates: February 1st - February 29th.

Activity: Any form of exercise for 30 minutes each day.

Tracking: After each day's workout, simply fill out the provided Google document to track your progress.

Giveaways: By participating and completing the 29 days, you’ll be entered into our exclusive giveaway draws!
